The Music Bugs Franchisee Satisfaction Survey





100% of our franchisees would recommend a Music Bugs franchise to others - here's why.  

In March 2012, Music Bugs head office conducted a survey with our franchisees to gather their views on the Music Bugs brand and their experience to date of our business. Smith and Henderson conducted the anonymous survey on our behalf.  

The survey explored 6 main business categories. Each category was broken down into 29 sub categories which analysed every aspect of our business and our franchisees were asked for their opinions within each category.

Our overall 'satisfaction' score was 89% and we exceeded industry average scores in each of the 29 categories. Claire Bennett, founder of Music Bugs said, 'The results of the survey are extremely positive and to have scored above industry average in every category is absolutely fantastic. Our franchisees have made the Music Bugs brand and business what it is today and their professionalism and enthusiasm is very inspirational'.
